OPPORTUNITY
Bet.Works (now Bally's Interactive), a start-up North American online sports betting company reached out to Integrated Experiences during it’s pre-launch. The request was to create all operation standards, polices and procedures for the Human Resources, Customer Experience, Fraud and Payments as well as general office management strategies.
HOW WE HELPED
Integrated Experiences crafted the company’s Team Member Playbook and position descriptions, expectations and salary bands. We then focused on cultural development, hiring process and vision to values development.
After a hiring plan was underway, Integrated Experiences worked to develop operations budgets and P&L processes and worked with third party vendors to layout and build office spaces and contact center to ensure the workspace was ready for training/opening day.
Bet.Works was acquired by Bally’s Corporation and we continued to work with the company with a focus on readiness for launching into new jurisdictions as they focus on expansion across North America.
